Do I need a spoofer with your products?
It depends on the product. Some cheats include a built-in spoofer — always check the product description. If needed, you can purchase our standalone HWID Spoofer separately.
Is there a Discord?
Yes. All support, announcements, and community discussions are handled through our Discord.
Is a VPN necessary?
We strongly recommend using a VPN while playing. If you have a dynamic IP, restarting your router may assign a new IP. Failing to change your IP after a ban significantly increases the risk of being banned again when joining a server.
I’m having issues with a product. Who can I contact?
Please open a support ticket in our Discord. This ensures faster response times and proper tracking.
The menu doesn’t open. What should I do?
Carefully re-follow the setup guide. Skipping steps can cause issues. If the problem persists, open a ticket in Discord and our team will assist you.
Discord Rules
- No advertising to members — including DMs, reselling, RMT, or external services.
- No selling items, accounts, or services in chats or private messages.
- No brand bashing — if you dislike MadChad or our products, please leave quietly.
- Maintain civil discussions — no spam, racism, nudity, or excessive harassment.
- Do not DM staff for support — open a ticket or use community support channels.
- Do not claim a product is detected without proof — report issues using the proper channels.
- Be patient — support staff may be busy. Avoid spam tagging.
- Refunds are not provided. Store credit may be issued at the owner’s discretion.
- Expired keys (older than 3 months) are not supported.
