This includes promoting reselling, RMT, carry services, or any external business.
No Selling in Chats or DMs
Selling items, accounts, or services is prohibited to avoid scams and issues.

If you dislike the service or products, you are free to leave.
Negativity and drama are not tolerated.
Maintain Civil Behavior
No spam, racism, nudity, or excessive harassment.
Light banter is acceptable but stay respectful.
Do Not DM Staff for Help

Do Not Claim a Product Is Detected Without Proof
Being banned does not automatically mean detection.

2. General Refund Policy
2.1 Finality of Purchases
All purchases made through MadChad are final and non-refundable.
This applies to:
- Software licenses
- Full Access (FA) accounts
- Non-Full Access (NFA) accounts
- Any other digital product or service
Customers must read product descriptions and system requirements before purchase.
By completing a purchase, the user agrees that they are satisfied with the product description and waive all refund rights.
2.2 License Purchases
Once a software license is paid for and delivered, the transaction is final.
MadChad does not issue refunds for:
- Wrong purchases
- Buyer’s remorse
- Misunderstanding product features
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchasing.
3. System Compatibility Responsibility
3.1 Pre-Purchase Obligations
The customer is fully responsible for confirming:
- OS compatibility
- Hardware requirements
- System configuration
- Any dependencies required
MadChad does not guarantee compatibility with every system.
3.2 No Refunds for Incompatibility
If software does not work due to the user’s system, including:
- Unsupported Windows version
- Outdated drivers
- Conflicting software
- Antivirus interference
- Hardware limitations

Users must verify all requirements before purchasing.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
4.1 Chargeback Policy
If a user initiates a chargeback after using or activating the product, MadChad will:
- Dispute the chargeback
- Provide evidence of activation
- Terminate access to software
Any chargeback after documented usage is considered fraudulent.
4.2 Consequences of Fraudulent Chargebacks
MadChad may:
- Permanently terminate user access
- Revoke all active license keys
- Add the user to an industry-wide fraud-prevention watchlist
- Pursue legal action for losses and dispute fees
4.3 Documentation and Evidence
MadChad logs all usage data, including:
- Activations
- HWID binding
- Usage timestamps
- Launcher activity
By purchasing, the user consents to this tracking as valid evidence of product usage.
5. Non-Refundable Accounts
5.1 Full Access (FA) Accounts
FA accounts are permanently non-refundable.
After purchase, the user:
- Gains full control (email/password change)
- Accepts all responsibility for future account status
MadChad does not refund FA accounts if they are:
- Compromised
- Lost
- Stolen
- Reclaimed
- Restricted or banned
5.2 Non-Full Access (NFA) Accounts
NFA accounts can be reclaimed by the original owner at any moment.
By purchasing an NFA account, the customer accepts this inherent risk and:
- Cannot request a refund
- Cannot request compensation if access is lost
All NFA purchases are strictly final.
6. Additional Refund Policy Clauses
6.1 Voluntary Cessation of Use
If a customer stops using the software voluntarily, no refund will be issued.
6.2 Modification or Discontinuation of Services
MadChad may modify, discontinue, or retire any product without notice.
No refunds will be issued in such events.
6.3 Misrepresentation and Fraud
Attempting to:
- Obtain refunds through false claims
- Abuse the system
- File fraudulent chargebacks
Will result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Revocation of all licenses
- Legal action if necessary
7. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
MadChad may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional situations.
These rare exceptions:
- Are not guaranteed
- Require strong justification
- May include a processing fee
- Require return of all license/account credentials in original condition
Such decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
