MadChad Refund Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed for purchases made on the MadChad website (https://madchad.net). By purchasing a product or service from MadChad, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
This policy is provided to ensure transparency and clarity regarding refund eligibility and limitations.
2. General Refund Policy
2.1 Finality of Purchases
All purchases made through MadChad are final and non-refundable. This applies to all products and services, including software licenses, Full Access (FA) accounts, and Non-Full Access (NFA) accounts.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, system requirements, and compatibility information before completing a purchase. By finalizing a purchase, you explicitly waive any right to request a refund or dispute the transaction.
2.2 License Purchases
Once a software license has been successfully delivered, the transaction is considered complete. No refunds will be issued after license delivery under any circumstances.
3. System Compatibility Responsibility
3.1 Pre-Purchase Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify that the software is compatible with their system prior to purchase. MadChad does not guarantee compatibility with all hardware or operating systems.
3.2 No Refunds for Incompatibility
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for software that is incompatible with the user's system. Customers are encouraged to review all technical requirements carefully before purchasing.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
4.1 Chargeback Policy
Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated after accessing or using a MadChad product will be formally contested. Chargebacks initiated after documented usage will be considered fraudulent.
4.2 Consequences of Fraudulent Chargebacks
- Immediate termination of access to all MadChad products and services.
- Revocation of any active license keys.
- Placement on industry-wide fraud prevention watchlists.
- Potential legal action to recover funds and associated costs.
4.3 Documentation & Evidence
MadChad tracks activation data, usage time, and related metrics. This information may be used as evidence when disputing chargebacks. By purchasing, you consent to this tracking and acknowledge it as proof of usage.
5. Non-Refundable Accounts
5.1 Full Access (FA) Accounts
FA account purchases are final and non-refundable. Once control of the account is transferred to the buyer, MadChad holds no responsibility for security issues, loss of access, or account compromise.
5.2 Non-Full Access (NFA) Accounts
NFA accounts are sold with the understanding that access may be reclaimed by the original owner at any time. By purchasing an NFA account, users accept these risks. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
6. Additional Policy Clauses
6.1 Voluntary Cessation of Use
Choosing to stop using a product or service does not entitle the purchaser to a refund once access has been granted.
6.2 Service Modifications
MadChad reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate any service at any time without notice. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
6.3 Fraud & Misrepresentation
Any attempt to obtain a refund through misrepresentation, abuse, or fraudulent behavior will result in immediate account action, including license revocation and possible legal proceedings.
7. Exceptions
In rare cases, MadChad may consider refunds at its sole discretion. These exceptions are evaluated individually and are not guaranteed. Any approved refund may be subject to processing fees and license revocation.
