The Company tracks activation data, usage time, and related metrics. By purchasing a license, you consent to this tracking and agree it may be used as evidence in disputes.
6. Unauthorized Reselling and Reseller Registration
6.1 Unauthorized Resellers
Unauthorized reselling is strictly prohibited. If detected, the Company may revoke licenses, terminate access, and deny service without notice or compensation.
6.2 Reseller Registration
Resellers must obtain explicit authorization from MadChad before distributing software. Failure to register may result in termination of all related accounts and access.
7. VPNs, Proxies, and Anonymous Purchasing
Purchasing through VPNs, proxies, or anonymous methods is strictly prohibited. Such activity may result in immediate suspension or termination due to fraud risk.
8. Installation Instructions and Game Bans
Installation instructions must be followed precisely. Failure to do so may result in bans or software malfunction. The Company is not responsible for consequences caused by improper installation.
9. Unauthorized Login Attempts
Unauthorized login attempts may result in HWID and IP bans from all Company services and placement on an industry-wide watchlist.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

FA account purchases are final. Once credentials are changed, full responsibility transfers to the user. No refunds or compensation will be provided for compromised accounts.
14. Non-Full Access (NFA) Accounts
NFA accounts may be reclaimed by the original owner at any time. By purchasing an NFA account, you accept this risk. No refunds will be provided.
