Job Description
Your primary responsibilities will involve responding to pre-sales inquiries and addressing user tickets. Your role will also entail assisting our customers in navigating troubleshooting guides and resolving their technical problems. You will explain features to novice users and aid them in configuring our software. Beyond that, you will play a crucial role in moderating our private chats, ensuring a respectful and spam-free environment.
